I remember ppl hate his "....agonizing touch~~~~~" line the most (me included).

On the other hand, I think the other voices were fine. Togo's especially suited him well.

For me, hands down, its that unnamed female guard that warns Emperor Kisu of Shiro's attack in the opening cutscene of the Raisu Palace mission. I mean where the hell is she from, anyway?

Worst voice is the dragon from the harvest temple. It is a high pitched raspey voice that sounds like fingernails on a black board!

Danika. Hands down. No contest.
That screeching shrew's words have got to be one of the most annoying vibrational output my speakers have ever emitted. The voice acting is generally pretty horrible in Guild Wars overall, almost always either out of place or plain bad, excepting Rurik and the dwarves, whose Russian accent I found pretty original, since dwarves usually speak either like pirates or scotsmen. Then we have Markis, the brooklyn brawler; the Fortune Teller, the bad japanese movie dubber; the generic male voice, which has uttered the least heroic and more contrived catchphrase in fantasy history ever:
"You have exactly ten seconds to explain yourselves!"
*Gets surrounded by the Shining Blade*
"What are you going to do to us?"
I realize Anet's business model might force them to cut some corners, but for chrissakes don't have the janitor or developers' sisters do the voice acting! Hire some professionals, or at least people who don't sound like B-movie actors.

Oh my. Danika for sure. I am still in shock from what they did to her. She has this gorgeous goth dress... they had potential to make her sound really great. But no. 15-year-old valley girl FTL

Shiro is also horrible voice acting, but it amuses me, so it's kind of okay. And whoever said he sounded like Oscar, I'm gonna have to agree there. I always thought he sounded very Muppet-esque. More Cookie Monster than Oscar, but hey.

When I heard Danika's voice the first time, I broke a wall in agony.

When I heard Mhenlo's voice the first time, I screamed, "What the F***! I didn't do the recording!"

Shrio -> Like something out of the power rangers (cheesy, forced voice)

Fortune teller and shiro is pretty bad. However, my most favorite line from factions is from Brother Menhlo in the mission to get the Urn with Danika. The cutscene where the rocks falls down and we get trapped.

Brother Mhenlo: I'm trapped on the outside.
